All orders are processed within 2 business days, after payment is authorised and verified. We will contact in the unlikely event of processing delays.
Shipment Locations:
We currently ship Australia wide. Hanalu does not ship internationally at this time.
Shipment Rates & Delivery:
Hanalu offers FREE express shipping via Australia Post for all Australian orders over $250. For orders under $250, we use express shipping for a flat rate of $13. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email with tracking number so you can keep an eye on your purchase.
Delivery times are approximately 1-4 business days, but can vary slightly depending on your location.

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you.
