Processing your order:

An email confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after placing your order.  Please keep the email for proof of purchase.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2 business days, after payment is authorised and verified. We will contact in the unlikely event of processing delays.

Shipment Locations:

We currently ship Australia wide. Hanalu does not ship internationally at this time. 

Shipment Rates & Delivery:

Hanalu offers FREE express shipping via Australia Post for all Australian orders over $250. For orders under $250, we use express shipping for a flat rate of $13. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email with tracking number so you can keep an eye on your purchase.

Delivery times are approximately 1-4 business days, but can vary slightly depending on your location.

• Business day are Monday to Friday, except public holidays

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.

Return Policy

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days. We offer refunds, exchange and store credits subject to the following conditions:

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you.
